well that is an easy one... ONCE !

if you need to reschedule you reschedule on the spot... and if you can't get any availability from her, just tell her it was great talking to her... you'll be able to see that there is no interest from her part... if she isn't attracted from there, chances are very small that you can work you butt to attract her because her perception of you is very hard to change ;)
