Ok. There's this girl at my school that I really like. I'm 16 and she is 17. I'm really shy and she is also but not as bad as me. I told her one day that I really really liked her but I think I came onto her way too strong because she never really gave me a clear response. I started writing poems about her and showed them to a friend of hers and her friend said I should show them to her because she would really like them, so I did. But, she never told me if she liked the poems or not so I assumed she didn't. I think I came on way too strong on her and now she doesn't like me even as a friend anymore I fear. I am really really in love with this girl she is the most beautiful girl I've ever seen and I really want to be with her. Also her friends told me that a guy just asked her out and I don't know what to do could you please help me I don't want to lose her to another guy I love her I think.

You definitely came on too strong. She probably thinks you're obsessed with her now, and that's a major turn off.
The first thing you need to do is clear the air. Let her know you didn't mean to come on so strong, and that you aren't used to developing feelings for a girl like you have with her. Next, find out what she's into then figure out something the two of you could do together, casually. Don't expect too much out of it, and let her know you'd be content as being friends (cause that's better than nothing, right?). If she turns you down, back off. Wait a while and see if things get any better between you two.
Other than that there's not much you can do. Hopefully she's an understanding and forgiving girl, and things with work out. I wish you the best of luck!
Keep us posted on any progress. ;)
