Help I don't know what to do

There is this guy I work with that I really like. Last week he asked me for my phone number, he called me that night.I called him the next day and we talked for a while.
We went out last weekend and he brought his friend along. I thought it was going to be a dtae but it turned out not to be.
This week hes still sending me emails, but not as many as he used to. He has never tried to flirt with me or anything. No I feel like I am chasing him. I asked him today if he wanted me to back off - he said no. I called him today and he sent my call to voicemail and never called me back.I told him that I liked him , he didnt say the same to me. Should I just give up?

Sorry to say but there are signs all over the place that he's not interested. You have even agreed yourself that things didn't go well on the date. I will say it's very hard to date someone from work because in the event of a break up you have to face them on a daily basis. My suggestion is to move on at this point. There are many single canidates out there so happy hunting to you ;)

I strongly sense that he isn't interested, and he's a bit annoyed by you.

If i were you, I would move on and show him what he's missing (not in a rude aspect), but don't call him, don't dwell on him, have fun go out with your girlfriends, do something.

And if he does call you and miss it, just delay it for a couple of days, and when you do see him, just say you've been busy.
