I ahve known this girl for about 1 year. we have been good freinds for a long time. I see her all the time at school. I try to flirt and stuff but i dont know if shes interested in me. We havent done much after school activites though. She doesnt give me any signs that she likes me but she has fun and I make her laugh. I really like her, so should I ask her out and how should i? Or how can i test ehr and see if she likes me?

If I was in your position with these feelings then "yes" I would ask her out. You should do the same :)

Ask her out to some place casual, and then flirt a whole lot. Next time flirt a little less, and then the third date, be amazingly cute to her. If you want her as a girlfriend, go out four or five more times, and then ask her to be your girlfriend.

Most people play it by ear, but you don't know how to do that yet. Get some experience with how women react, and then you will be able to play your relationship(s) by ear. Don't be afraid to take the next step! Just do it, and learn from your mistakes.

I think you must ask her out and go out casually for some 4-5 times so that you know each other. Then if you feel that you like this gal and want her to be your girl then take the initiative.
First be friends with her, go out like for movies or pizza, and do some other activities of her choice. And then later ask question if you feel like.
