What should I make of this situation?

Ok so here's a little background on the subject. I meet this girl, we talk regularly and have friendly conversation and what not. She invites me to a friends birthday party and really wants me to come. She texts my phone after asking her where the place is, making sure I can still come. At this point I am fairly sure she has at least SOME interest as logic would say so. Anyway, we have fun at this party and we get drunk blah blah blah...and I contact her later, like a day or two later and this is the conversation:

hey! well no, im pretty sure i made a dumb ass of myself ALL through the night. Glad you were able to make it! Um, next weekend through about the next 3 years of weekends is going to be hard to tell if I'll be able to hang out with anyone. But if i am able to i'll give you a call.

Ok, so my question here is...is her response just a typical blowing-you-off-in-a-non-rude-way or do you think they're is legitimate interest. I am horrible at reading these situations and would appreciate some feedback.

first thing is that your came off as really needy to her. Plus when you first met her, I will be willing to bet that you didn't build any attraction with her.
