Walk down the street with a bag of M&Ms and fidn cars that match the color of the candy you are eating
bake cookies from scratch
go to a thrift shop and have a fashion show
have a water gun fight
do arts and crafts
go to a play ground and swing on the swings
i got lots of cheap date ideas, i am poor, but i know how to have fun on a date. ;)

It could be helping her out at home or helping you out at home. Then cook dinner or have snacks.

Maybe working out at gyms. It could not be a real date but kind of where you spend your time together.

go to a bookstore saying you are looking for a book, then simply stay there (regularly they also have a coffee place) and talk about the books you see - this way you also will find out what kind of interests she/he has.
