I have been dating a new guy for about a month now...we have gone out about 5 times now. He works 9pm to 7am and I work 7am to 4pm, so out schedules arent the greatest as far as time goes, but we both go out of our way to see eachother and talk on the phone. I call him every morning on my way to work and he calls me every night on his way to work. I think he really likes me since he does call me the way he does, and he keep getting together, but we haven't kissed yet. I keep waiting for him to make the first move, but he hasnt...I dont know if i should go ahead and plant one on him, or let him be the man, and do what he feels is right. I know that I n want to rush things, and when we do kiss I want it to be perfect, but I n think its normal...any suggestions anyone?

I keep getting amazed by the women here.
If you want something, just go and get it, seriously. I've been reading a few posts here:
"Oh it doesn't work like that"
"My mother taught me not to chase guys"
"I don't call guys"
What a bunch of bs.
If you like the guy and he doesn't make the first move, than make the first move and let him know.

If you like someone and he/she not take any step towards you then you should take the first move to her/him.

I'ld have to agree with the other replies here :)
In our society it is traditional for guys to take the initiative, but traditions arent always right.
Maybe he's too shy, or afraid of being rejected, so I think you should just go ahead and make the first move yourself.

Yep. There is nothing against a woman making the first move at all, which sounds like what's needed in this situation. Basically, go for it. It sounds like you are more than ready, so make the plunge and see if he is too. Best of luck.
