It means she thinks he is not qualified to date her, considering girls seem to be liking "macho" boys more now.

I think it is a complement. I would read it as your not jaded and into playing games and that you can be trusted.

I think it means that he can be trusted to go on a date with. I think its good however girls do like the bad boy guys who will harder to get. I think innocent means that he looks like easy prey to get drinks from or a nice guy.

Opinion about innocent of boy, may be she think that the boy wants to talk with her, before the girl do.:confused::confused:
