This probably sounds stupid but I asked this girl i lyk out by text (yes i no, bad idea lol) n she didn text back n i thought to miself 'I dont wanna push her so I'll speak to her in person' but by the time i did that she had started seein 1 ov mi best friends, (she dumped him the next day) n she's seen several other guys, we are good friends but i do still lyk her bt i dont no if she is jus bein friendly or flirtin (im oblivious normally :p ). Do u guys reckon i should jus move on or get to know her betta or wat?

Tell her your interest to her IN PERSON.

Sending something like in a text is exactly the same as giving a girl a note in grade scholl asking her to check yes or no if she likes you.

C'mon man. Tell her what's up. If she play ANY KIND of stupid, then let it go.

Find someone else and redirect your efforts to that person.
